With centers in Pitampura (Delhi) and DLF Phase 2 (Gurugram), we empower students and professionals to unlock their potential and achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- **Consultation & Needs Analysis**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand each prospect’s background, goals, and challenges.
- **Program Recommendation**: Match students to the right course(s)—IELTS Academic/GT, TOEFL, PTE, OET, Spoken English—based on their objectives.
- **Application Support**: Guide students through enrollment formalities, documentation, fee payments, and scheduling.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversion statuses in our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing to optimize campaigns and with academic coordinators to ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in admission counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles—ideally within the education sector.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
- **Interpersonal**: Empathetic listener with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRMs, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic social-media outreach.
- **Organized**: Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
