**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments and persuasive techniques.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through various outreach methods.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential and track sales.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
