Job Summary:
As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at our Oncology Center, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive medical care to patients undergoing treatment for cancer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in oncology practice while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide primary medical care to patients.
- Assist in diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients.
- Perform medical procedures and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients.
- Participate in education, training, and quality improvement activities.
- Creating their discharge report
- Maintain patients details in the Software
- Screen the reports at initial level and brief the oncologist
- Prepare case paper as required

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MBBS, MD)
- Valid medical license.
- Completion of internship/residency training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development.

Experience
- 2 yrs to 3 yrs of experience in an oncology preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Doctorate (preferred)
