**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Resident Medical Officer (RMO)** to join our healthcare team. The RMO will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality medical care to patients, assisting consultants, and managing medical emergencies across the hospital. The role requires active involvement in inpatient and emergency department care, clinical documentation, and patient coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical support to inpatients and emergency cases.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and provide appropriate medical care under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Conduct regular ward rounds and document clinical progress.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and assist during procedures and surgeries when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely medical recordkeeping.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patients, and their families regarding care plans.
- Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and other departments to ensure timely investigations and treatments.
- Ensure infection control protocols and hospital policies are followed strictly.
- Assist in training junior doctors, interns, and medical staff when needed.
- Participate in medical audits, mortality meetings, and quality initiatives.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with hospital management systems and EMR software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with high ethical and professional standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar hospital setup
- Hands-on experience in critical care/emergency medicine is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
