**Patient Care**: RMOs are primarily responsible for providing direct medical care to patients. - **Monitoring Patients**: RMOs monitor the progress of patients under their care, including observing vital signs, assessing the effectiveness of treatments, and making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary. They may also order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests or imaging studies.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Team**: RMOs work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. They may participate in rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and treatment strategies.
- **Emergency Response**: RMOs are often involved in responding to medical emergencies within the hospital, such as cardiac arrests, traumas, or other critical situations. They must be prepared to provide immediate medical intervention and coordinate with other healthcare providers to stabilize patients.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: RMOs are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients under their care. This includes documenting patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in the electronic medical record system.
- **Education and Training**: RMOs may be involved in teaching and supervising medical students, interns, and junior doctors. They may also participate in educational activities such as lectures, seminars, or workshops for healthcare professionals.
- **Continuing Professional Development**: RMOs are expected to engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of new medical developments, advancements in treatment modalities, and best practices in patient care.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: RMOs must adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient safety. They may participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits to monitor and enhance the quality of care provided.
- **Communication**: Effective communication is essential for RMOs, both in interactions with patients and their families and in collaborating with other members of the healthcare team. They must be able to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner and demonstrate empathy and compassion in their interactions.
- **Work Schedule**: RMOs typically work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage for patient care. They must be flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and be able to handle the demands of a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay: ₹15,421.66 - ₹35,000.00 per month
