**What We'll Bring**:
Are you a scrum master/agile project manager looking to lead high-impact web and mobile projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? Looking for the scale of a large, multi-national financial services company but the agility and culture of a startup? TransUnion Interactive is seeking a scrum master/agile project manager to lead the development of new products and features for our award-winning suite of credit management sites.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Plan and manage delivery of information technology solutions and associated technical support services by leveraging Agile methodologies that include Kanban and Scrum.
- Understand the general principles and practices of Agile Methodologies, with preferred knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Uphold the framework and integrity of Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum and/or Kanban values and process.
- Responsible for managing technology and consulting relationships, service delivery and overall performance, as well as supervising IT staff and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in longer term road map planning.
- Monitor and track Release milestones, and facilitate the mitigation of issues and risks
- Collaborate with the teams to identify and resolve problems, and remove impediments/barriers for the team.
- Monitor effectiveness of Scrum and/or Kanban processes and performance, and collaborate with the teams on changes and improvements.

**What You’ll Bring;**
- 5 + years of Scrum Master experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills

Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Azure Devops (TFS) / any other similar Tools
