We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Female** **Salesperson** to join our team. This role combines **counter sales** at retail locations and **field sales** to expand our customer base. You will play a critical role in representing our brand, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counter Sales**:

- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Ensure proper display and stock arrangement at the counter.
- **Field Sales**:

- Visit assigned areas/clients to promote and sell products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure sales closures and client satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement & Reporting**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities and market feedback.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on competitor products and offers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and suggest strategies to the management.
