**Female Sales Executive (Location : Thane)**

Minimum experience of 3 years

Qualification - Graduate

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle entire sales cycle
- Handle client from pre and post booking stage and arranging site visit
- Attending walk-in and brief clients about the project and its features.
- Follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client.
- Experience of CRM
- Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
- Checking of documents post booking.
- Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
- Completion of booking formalities post closure.
- Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
- Preparing Reports

**Skills**:

- Worked with ERP systems (Knowledge of FARVISION ERP is an advantage)
- Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.
- Knowledge of GST.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Thane - 401107, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Executive: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
