**Customer Service Executive - Mediglo Clinic**

**Location**: Golf Course Road, Gurugram
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at the reception.
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update databases.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and clinic staff for daily operations.
- Handle billing and payment collection processes efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
- Address patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (with good communication skills).
- Experience: 0-2 years (experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
