**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and assisting with inquiries to generate sales or schedule appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
- Answer questions and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
