One of our client which is into Pharma Manufacturing is looking for:
Purchase Executive / Supply Chain Executive

Location : Mumbai

Job Profile:
1. The Main responsibility of the role is procurement of finished pharmaceuticals products from external manufacturers (loan license manufacturers / contract manufacturers ) at the right time with appropriate inventory management as per agreed target.

2. Who have handle material procurement in their daily operations:

- Raw material - API, Excipient’s, colours, coating material etc.
- Packing Material - Primary - Foil, cartons, leaflet, glass & HDPE bottles, PET bottles, etc
- Tertiary material - Shippers, BOPP Tape, shrink wrap, thermocol etc

3. Vendor qualification process

4. Over all Supplier Management Responsibility for operational task: Forecast updates Orders (purchase orders, re-scheduling) Delivery follow-up with supplier Invoicing process Logistics and re-analysis coordination.

5. To be main point of contact for operative tasks both towards the supplier and internally within the company. Participation in internal cross-functional meetings related to operative purchasing issues Providing timely information internally regarding product availability.

6. Supporting the Manager responsible for Supplier and category management and development

7. Maintaining and updating product information for purchased products.

8. Raising purchase order and coordinate with suppliers for timely supplies.

9. Check the indent and communicate with related department for required material and service.

11. Communicate with existing and new suppliers for enquiry and quotation.

12. Price negotiation and ensure efficient acquisition of goods at fair price.

13. Placing purchase order and follow up with the supplier and transporter for timely material stock maintenance, Vendor development, New product development.

14. Need to take care of reject material which includes re-booking of material and communicate with vendor for better quality of material.

15. Resolving all queries raised by plant by getting proper and timely feedback from vendor.

16. Conducting vendor audit and maintenance of records interacting with internal and external audits. etc

17. Excellent communication skills.

18. ERP experience will be add on advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Experience : - min 2- 3 years in RM and PM Procurement and Supply chain of finished formulations, Machineries in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in pharma industry (mandatory)
- Qualification : Graduation/ MBA in SCM or Operations

Salary : Negotiable.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
