**Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities**
- Analyse processes, identify automation opportunities and recommend process automation/ process re-engineering using RPA/ ML, cloud, & other methods or tools
- Develop & document As-Is and To-Be process
- Evaluation of technologies, products & vendors for building state-of-the-art technology based solution to business needs
- Requirement elicitation, solution designing
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders and their expectations
- Tracking of requirements using traceability matrix
- Effective liaison & management of vendors, including negotiations, definition of scope of deliveries & other commercial terms & conditions, ordering & acceptance of deliveries
- Projects ordering, execution, implementation & multi-location roll-outs.
- Vendor liaison

**Skill Sets Required**
- Experience on as many of the following technologies required:

- Web & Mobility
- Robotic Process Automation ( RPA)
- Cloud Implementation (Azure or AWS)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Collaboration tools
- Analytics
- NLP etc
- Extensive knowledge in building API catalogue
- Digital UX and UI
- Familiarity with Web & Mobile development is desirable
- BFSI functional domain knowledge, business process study & analysis, solutions design
- Technical knowledge & experience of some core functional modules, LOS, LMS collection system
- Projects definition, Execution & implementation
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
