We’re looking for a **Talent Sourcing Intern** to help us identify and engage with top talent across design, architecture, project management, and workplace strategy domains. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in sourcing for diverse roles in the fast-paced world of design and build.

**What You'll Do**:

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand different job profiles across **Design, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Support functions**.
- Maintain accurate data on sourcing activities in the **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)**.

**Requirements**:
**Who You Are**:

- A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Genuinely interested in recruitment, especially sourcing talent across creative and technical fields.
- Strong internet research skills and comfort with platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in learning.
- Able to manage multiple sourcing tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic recruitment tools is a plus.
