**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Build Sourcing Strategy: Conduct research to collect market data and insights, lead the kick-off call to present data and insights.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against target outcomes.
- Be approachable and responsive in partnering with TA Partners to provide world-class stakeholder experience and talent acquisition guidance.
- Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time. Exercise independent judgement to effectively manage shifting priorities and workload.
- Deliver special recruitment programs including Diversity & Inclusion and market-specific strategies as needed by business.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelors/Post graduate degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
