**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Making outbound calls**: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- **Handling inbound inquiries**: Addressing calls from customers and solving their issues or answering their questions.
- **Customer follow-ups**: Calling customers to follow up on previous inquiries or calls.
- **Maintaining records**: Updating customer information and documenting all interactions in a CRM system or database.
- **Assisting in sales**: Promoting services or products and persuading customers to make purchases.
- **Meeting targets**: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
- **Providing feedback**: Sharing insights from customer interactions with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
