**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote AnimalsLover's services and products.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about available dog breeds, adoption procedures, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right pet for their lifestyle and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telecalling scripts and strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
