- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Provide information about our interior design services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any queries professionally.
- Schedule appointments for site visits or client consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle client objections and turn leads into opportunities.
- A self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
