**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, sambar, chutneys, biryanis, and curries.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure that kitchen stations are set up with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Follow recipes accurately and adhere to kitchen procedures.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by properly stocking and ordering kitchen supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Take direction from senior chefs and perform other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
