**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and production of authentic Andhra vegetarian dishes.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place for daily operations.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Assist in the quality control of dishes and monitor freshness of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Help in the inventory management of kitchen supplies specific to Andhra cuisine.
- Contribute to menu planning with suggestions for traditional and innovative dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commi Chef or in a similar role specializing in Andhra cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Andhra spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.
- Fluency in Telugu and/or Kannada is an advantage.
