- **Internal Collaboration for Resolution**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to address client issues swiftly, ensuring timely follow-up and full resolution.

**Account Management**
- **Oversee Client Accounts**: Manage all aspects of client accounts, from contract renewals to identifying upselling opportunities and negotiating contract terms.
- **Monitor Account Growth**: Regularly assess account performance and identify opportunities for growth, recommending additional products or services that align with client needs.
- **Maintain Detailed Records**: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, activities, and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring efficient account management.

**Product Knowledge**
- **Develop In-Depth Product Expertise**: Cultivate a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address client needs and provide informed, relevant solutions.
- **Stay Industry-Aware**: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to offer valuable insights and relevant recommendations to clients.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that client needs align with company offerings, creating a seamless client experience.
- **Provide Client Feedback**: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams, contributing to continuous improvements in products, services, and overall customer experience.
