**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on jewellery designs, quality, and pricing.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the showroom.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest jewellery trends, designs, and collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
- Process transactions, handle billing, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a pleasing personality.
- Basic knowledge of **gold, diamonds, and gemstones** (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in handling **POS systems and billing software**.
- **Fluency in English and local language** is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
