Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstones.
  • Demonstrate product features, explain quality, purity, designs, and pricing.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, payments, and documentation accurately.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain the display of jewellery, ensuring cleanliness, attractiveness, and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demand, and competitors.
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service politely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones (preferred).
  • Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing & POS systems.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in jewellery or luxury retail.
