**Job Summary**:We are seeking a motivated and articulate Customer Care Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, faculty, staff, and prospective students, providing exceptional service through phone calls and other communication channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls from students, faculty, staff, and prospective students in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, or conduct surveys.
- Research and accurately deliver information on a variety of academic topics, including admissions procedures, financial aid, registration, and academic programs.
- Utilize effective calling techniques to gather information, clarify issues, and ensure clear communication.
- Maintain a high quality of service by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in our internal system.

**- **May be required to assist with other departmental tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Application process**:
Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
