**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate high-speed document scanners to scan documents, including titles, deeds.
- Ensure documents are scanned clearly and accurately, capturing all necessary details for digital records.
- Organize scanned documents into proper digital folders with appropriate labeling, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with storage protocols.
- Handle sensitive and confidential land documents with the utmost care, adhering to privacy and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with the document management team to ensure proper documentation procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of scanned documents and ensure backup copies are created and stored securely.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Ability to work efficiently under mínimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Education**:

- Basic computer skills required, training will be provided for scanning software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
