**Operating Forklifts and Material Handling Equipment**:Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other industrial vehicles to move materials, products, and equipment as needed.
- **Loading and Unloading**:Load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, and other transportation vehicles.
- **Inventory Management**:Track inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- **Material Handling**:Move, stack, and organize materials in designated storage areas, following inventory control instructions.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines related to the operation of machinery and the handling of materials, including OSHA standards.
- **Basic Equipment Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment, and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of material movements, inventory, and any incidents or safety hazards.
- **Quality Assurance**:Inspect materials for damage or defects, and report any quality issues.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors regarding material movement, inventory, and any safety concerns.
- **Hazard Identification**:Identify and report potential safety hazards in the workplace.
- **Pallet Building and Stacking**:Build and organize pallets of materials, ensuring proper stacking and stability.
- **Utilizing RF Scanning Equipment**:Employ radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory and ensure accuracy
