**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute and supervise civil works at project sites ensuring quality and adherence to design.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
- Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all project stages.
- Assist in material procurement and resource planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the project team.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
- Good technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
