As a Product Documentation Intern at Grid OS, you will be responsible for creating clear, detailed, and visually engaging documentation and presentations for our hardware and electronics products. This is a research-heavy and design-focused role that requires both creativity and precision. You’ll work closely with technical teams to understand complex systems and translate them into user-friendly content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain product documentation, manuals, and internal guides using Advanced Word and Excel.
- Design visually appealing, structured presentations using Advanced PowerPoint.
- Research technical concepts and electronics systems to create thorough and accurate documentation.
- Structure large datasets and convert them into clean, easy-to-understand formats.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high visual standards across all documentation.
- Continuously iterate and improve content based on feedback and new developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in electronics and willingness to dive deep into technical content.
- Creative mindset with a passion for making complex information easy to consume.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting key insights.
- A self-starter with strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Perfectionist attitude with a high standard for quality and clarity in documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Good to Have**:

- A technical background or education in electronics or related fields.
- Previous experience working on technical documentation or presentation design.
