We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Vinayak Ford. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and promoting our services to potential clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote workshop services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records accurately.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to streamline appointment scheduling and service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of all workshop services and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
