**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, test, and optimize formulations to ensure stability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to translate customer briefs into technical solutions.
- Keep proper records of all product trials, formulas, and test results.
- Provide technical input during customer presentations and support the sales team during customer visits.
- Oversee daily lab operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in fragrance, cosmetic, personal care, or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of fragrance/flavor behavior in various bases (e.g., surfactants, emulsions, aerosols, etc.).

**Skills**:

- Technical formulation expertise and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (IFRA, GHS, FDA, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
