**Position Overview**:
ZooqFilms is seeking a dedicated and dependable **Video Production Assistant** to support the Executive Producer during video shoots. This role is hands-on and travel-intensive, requiring the assistant to accompany the Executive Producer to various shooting locations and ensure all necessary production materials are delivered and organized on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about video production and eager to gain practical, on-set experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Travel with the Executive Producer to every video shoot location as required.
- Assist with transporting and delivering video production materials (e.g., equipment, props, scripts, wardrobe, or documents).
- Ensure all materials are prepared, packed, and accounted for before departure to the shooting location.
- Help with on-site setup and takedown of video production equipment.
- Support the Executive Producer with any on-the-spot needs during filming.
- Coordinate with crew and talent to maintain shoot efficiency and organization.
- Maintain a log of delivered materials and ensure their safe return after the shoot.
- Perform other production-related duties as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of video production processes and equipment.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently for shoots.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically able to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
