**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit video content for a variety of formats (corporate films, promotional videos, documentaries, social media clips, etc.) ensuring the highest level of quality.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and clients to understand the vision and objectives of each project.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the videos align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
- **Creative Direction in Editing**:

- Provide creative input during the editing process, ensuring the final product reflects the client’s vision while adding your professional touch.
- Develop video pacing, transitions, sound, and color grading to deliver a polished and engaging final product.
- Ensure the video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and television.
- **Sound and Audio Editing**:

- Edit and sync audio to video, including sound effects, voiceovers, and music tracks, to ensure a seamless auditory experience.
- Collaborate with sound designers or music composers to create a cohesive and immersive audio-visual experience.
- **Color Correction & Grading**:

- Perform color correction and color grading to enhance the visual appeal and consistency across all shots.
- Ensure proper tone and mood alignment based on the project’s requirements.
- **Client Feedback & Revisions**:

- Present edited video drafts to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Manage revisions and work with multiple stakeholders to finalize the video.
- **Managing Video Projects**:

- Coordinate and prioritize multiple editing projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Organize and archive project files, raw footage, and final cuts according to company protocols.
- Ensure all video content complies with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- **Mentorship & Collaboration**:

- Lead and mentor junior video editors or interns, offering guidance and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to bring ideas to life.
- Share knowledge of new editing techniques, tools, and software with the team to continually improve the editing process.

**Experience**:

- At least 5 **years** of professional experience in video editing, ideally within the **film**, **media**, or **advertising** industry.
- Proven track record of editing a variety of video content, including **corporate videos**, **commercials**, **documentaries**, and **branded content**.
- Strong knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, **DaVinci Resolve**, and other industry-standard video editing software.
- Experience with **After Effects** for motion graphics, animation, and special effects is a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
