Your major responsibilities include
- Monitor and coordinate clients' inquiries in terms of property maintenance
- Communicate with clients upon issues
- Communicate with third parties and coordinate repair and facility works in property
- Purchase goods online and organize delivery accordingly

Your key skills & qualities
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Stays calm with short-notice claims and demanding clients
- Outstanding written and spoken English
- Sense of humour is highly appreciated
