Ready to challenge your strong leadership in an innovative environment ?- To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Associate Electrician within the Electrical Maintenance team This position will be located in Viramgam.- Your Mission: As a Associate Electrician you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations during your assigned shift and adhering to the guidelines with respect to SOP and budget.- Position Purpose: To manage Electrical equipment’s and ensure smooth flow of production process.- Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for personnel / equipment's’ safety
- Plant electrical maintenance Including supervision of Shift.
- Resource allocation & Job monitoring
- Material spares management.
- Responsible for optimal performance of equipment by avoiding electrical downtime.
- Root cause analysis after break downs.
- To adhere & conduct CMMS procedures ( Punching of jobs / updation/ closure / analysis)
- Executing Preventive maintenance as per defined plan.
