**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Subscription Sales:

- Clearly communicate the value of IQUE Ventures’ subscription offerings, tailoring solutions to meet the needs of each customer.
- Close sales deals by guiding potential customers through the sales process and addressing any objections.
- Meet and exceed monthly subscription sales targets.

2. Customer Retention and Relationship Management:

- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure subscription renewals and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for retaining subscribers, reducing churn, and increasing renewal rates.
- Regularly engage with existing subscribers to understand their needs and upsell additional services.

3. Sales Strategy and Market Analysis:

- Identify new opportunities to grow subscription sales by researching market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies and initiatives that drive subscription growth.
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments and subscription models to improve sales approaches.

4. Customer Support and Feedback:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing subscriber inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for subscribers, ensuring timely responses and consistent communication.
- Gather feedback from subscribers and report insights to product and marketing teams to drive improvements.

5. Sales Reporting and CRM Management:

- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and closed deals in the CRM system.
- Regularly update subscription sales performance reports, track KPIs, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to review performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in subscription sales or similar sales roles.
- Strong ability to present and communicate effectively with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
