**About the Role**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish original video and photo content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with the in-house content and branding teams to develop content ideas aligned with campaign goals.
- Engage with your audience through comments, stories, and DMs to build brand trust and loyalty.
- Participate in campaigns, product shoots, and brand partnerships as a brand representative.
- Stay updated with current trends, memes, formats, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Promote new product launches, events, or campaigns via reels, posts, and stories.
- Track engagement metrics and share performance insights with the internal team.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a content creator, influencer, or digital personality.
- Strong presence on at least one major social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with an engaged audience.
- Confident on camera with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with a sense of humor and relatability.
- Basic video editing and content creation skills (e.g., using CapCut, InShot, Canva, or mobile editing tools).
- Understanding of content formats like reels, shorts, carousels, vlogs, etc.
- Ability to take feedback, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content within timelines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with brands, agencies, or campaigns.
- Familiarity with trending sounds, hashtags, and viral content strategies.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing basics (reach, engagement, CTAs, etc.).
- Experience with live sessions or hosting webinars.
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
