Project Coordinator

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Document project progress and updates, and maintain organized project files.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and challenges, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Update project documentation and status reports regularly.
- Contribute to project-related research and data collection.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the project management field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to handling challenges.
- A passion for driving projects to successful completion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
