Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Experience: 8-11 years

Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Jaipur, Gurugram, Chennai, Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, test, and manage reports for marketing, finance, and internal operations management using Salesforce and Excel. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reports meet business requirements accurately.
- Manage commissions payments on a daily and promotional basis, ensuring precision in partner payments. Handle ad hoc internal and external partner commissions issues, including payments and RCTIs.
- Perform basic Salesforce Administration tasks, focusing on the management of all other aspects of Salesforce excluding development work. Conduct training sessions for Sales, Client Services, and Underwriting teams on the proper utilization of Salesforce processes, both current and newly introduced. Act as the primary point of contact for any Salesforce-related issues and concerns.
- Instruct and manage Salesforce developers on desired new features and improvements to Salesforce. Oversee the testing and implementation of these new features, as well as coordinate resolutions to any breakdowns and issues that may arise.
- Take ownership of Salesforce integrations and ensure seamless integration with Atlassian, Jira platform, Nintex, Salesforce mobile, Slack, Amazon Connect, Marketing Cloud, ContactWorld, and DocuSign.
- Provide assistance with marketing cloud related issues, both administratively and where Salesforce input is required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience (8-11 years) in Salesforce Administration with a focus on report creation, commission management, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Excel, and other related tools and platforms listed above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage Salesforce developers.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.

Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year
