
Telesales Executive for Energy Campaign

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representatives with experience in energy
Key Responsibilities:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:Make outbound calls to Australian residential and business customers to promote and sell energy products and services.
- **Customer Engagement**:Build rapport with prospects, provide information on energy solutions, and identify customer needs to tailor offers and solutions.
- **Sales Conversion**:Effectively pitch offers, overcome objections, and close sales in a professional and timely manner.
- **Data Entry**:Accurately input customer information and update the CRM system to track progress, interactions, and sales.
- **Lead Generation**:Qualify inbound leads and follow up on existing leads to drive new business opportunities.
- **Achieve Targets**:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to calls made, sales closed, and customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring all sales practices are ethical and transparent.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Key Requirements:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or outbound calling, preferably in energy campaigns or services.
- Experience with the Australian market or familiarity with Australian consumer behavior is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and effectively close sales.
- Sales Skills:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with cold calling, lead qualification, and closing sales.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working with dialing systems and other telesales tools.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the energy sector and various energy products (electricity, gas, renewables) is a plus.
- Understanding of Australian regulations, energy markets, and consumer rights is advantageous.
- Language:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Attributes:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
