Title: Tele sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, generating leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- Use a prepared script to handle customer objections and close sales.

2. Lead Generation:

- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads from provided data sources.
- Qualify prospects and gather relevant information to ensure they are suitable for the offered products/services.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers to convert interest into sales.

4. Achieving Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Consistently strive to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Handling Inbound Calls:

- Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate product information to customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

6. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance, sales outcomes, and customer feedback.

7. Upselling and Cross-Selling:

- Offer additional products or upgrades to increase the value of the sale.
- Use persuasive techniques to encourage customers to purchase higher-tier packages or complementary services.

8. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies and lead follow-up.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with potential clients and persuade them to purchase products/services.
- Sales-Oriented: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Customer-Focused: A positive and proactive approach to helping customers and meeting their needs.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues during the sales process.
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Educational Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
