Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Accounts Executive to manage monthly billing cycles, customer account reconciliation, and accurate financial entries. The role involves handling customer invoicing, vendor reconciliations, and supporting account-specific billing operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monthly Billing Process
- Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time for all customers.
- Reconcile billing data and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Chat Card Generation & Management
- Generate, manage, and reconcile chat cards with accuracy in billing.
- Card Billing - Inmarsat/KVH
- Perform reconciliation between purchases and sales in IBIS.
- Verify accuracy of voice charges and resolve mismatches.
- Account-Specific Billing
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Crew Accounts & Internet Vouchers
- Maintain crew account logs, manage internet voucher recharges, and resolve recharge issues.
- Prepare invoices and update entries in Zoho Books for GSPS accounts.
- Customer Support & Query Resolution
- Track resolution TAT and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Zoho Books Entry
- Post manual sales entries (120-150 per month) and purchase entries (20-40 per month) with 100% accuracy.
- Special Tasks / Ad-hoc Support
- Handle KVH voucher recharges and other manual billing tasks.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain logs, billing proofs, recharge records, and voice charge documentation for audit purposes.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, reconciliation, and account management
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, IBIS, and related billing platforms
- Accuracy and attention to detail in financial entries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with maritime/telecom billing (preferred)

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
