We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Designers and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for our three brands. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various design projects, including digital and print media, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of design concepts for our three brands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Support the Senior Designers in various design tasks and projects.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
- The Junior Designer will work across three fashion brands curated for different demographics. An interest in fashion and fashion communication is essential.
- Work with the design team to create and execute designs for:

- Branding & Visual Identity Collaterals
- Communication Design
- Website Communication Collaterals

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Proficiency in design and editing software
- Knowledge of animation and 3D design software
- Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Hindi is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field
- 6 months of experience in art, design, marketing, visual communication, or a related field
