RPDS is looking to hire a JUNIOR ARCHITECT- HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL LUXURUOUS PROJECTS.
LOCATION MUMBAI, LOWER PAREL
THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE BASED OUT OF MUMBAI ONLY
EXPERIENCE 4 TO 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
SALARY - 40,000K TO 70,000K
JOINING - IMMEDIATE joiner would be preferred
RPDS is seeking a reliable and passionate Junior Architect for High-end Residential Luxury Projects with 4-6 years of architectural experience in our organization. You will be in charge of planning and creating architectural designs:
**Analysing architectural designs and plans.** In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
**Preparing building models and structure plans.** Creating blueprints and making alterations based on feedback from the client. Undertaking regular site visits and inspections
**Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed promptly, and that project requirements are met.** Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
**Willingness to work overtime as required. Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
**4-6 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm.**
Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator 3d Studio, and InDesign. SKILLS A good portfolio showcasing work experience as an Architect, primarily in executed projects. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends. Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual. Strong project management and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
