Job Description RPDS is looking to hire a JUNIOR ARCHITECT

FOR HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL LUXURUOUS PROJECTS.

LOCATION MUMBAI, LOWER PAREL

THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE BASED OUT OF MUMBAI ONLY

EXPERIENCE 4 TO 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

SALARY - 30,000K TO 50,000K

IMMEDIATE JOINER RPDS is seeking a reliable and passionate Junior Architect for High-end Residential Luxury Projects with 4-6 years of architectural experience in our organization. Responsibilities **Analysing architectural designs and plans.** In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software. **Preparing building models and structure plans.** Creating blueprints and making alterations based on feedback from the client. Undertaking regular site visits and inspections **Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed promptly, and that project requirements are met.** Guiding subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. **Willingness to work overtime as required.**

**Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline. **4-6 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm.**

Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Bim, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lumion, Additional - Revit, Rhino, SKILLS A good portfolio showcasing work experience as an Architect, primarily in executed projects. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends. Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual. Strong project management and communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
