**Responsibilities include:

- **
- Review and detail stores fit out drawings for construction plans.
- Review details of technical drawings or specifications. (Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs).
- Use AutoCAD and related software to produce construction documents, designs, and working drawings.
- Maintains design project procedures tasks.
- Support the dpt in the preparation of Tender, Furniture purchase orders.
- Ad Hoc project management of any new department requirements.
- Practical CAD experience working on Retail or Commercial design projects. (mandatory).
- Work closely with designers, architects, contractors and project managers.
- Good knowledge of the Excel & the Google Suite.

- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Presentation & Project management skills
- Able to ask for help & be willing to adapt to changes as the department grows.
- Able to work in a quick turnaround environment.
- Able to manage their own day to day activities independently.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior retail spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Retail Interior is mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree (if any) / Diploma - Interior / Civil Draftsman
