**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- **Technical Support**: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- **Network Administration**: Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus solutions to ensure data integrity and security.
- **System Monitoring**: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures, and assist in audits and assessments.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases, maintenance, and support services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions for staff on IT best practices and new technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in network administration, server management, and IT security. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
