IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled **Technical Coordinator** to oversee and manage web development projects, mobile app development services, web design services, and e-commerce development services.

Key Responsibilities:
**Project Coordination**:

- Manage web development, mobile app development, web design, and e-commerce development projects.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and technical teams to ensure proper requirement gathering and alignment of client expectations.
- Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met according to client specifications.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to relevant team members, monitoring progress and providing guidance as needed.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, regular status updates, and project closure meetings.
- Provide technical input in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, including requirement understanding, feasibility analysis, and providing technical insights for proposals.
- Support in creating presentations, technical documents, and proposals for potential clients.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution, providing clear communication and handoff between teams.

**Client Communication & Support**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, addressing technical queries and providing regular updates.
- Provide post-implementation support to clients, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any technical issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure any issues raised by clients are addressed and resolved efficiently.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with web developers, mobile app developers, UI/UX designers, and e-commerce experts to ensure cohesive and effective project delivery.
- Ensure that all team members are on the same page regarding project goals and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience in technical project coordination and client management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of modern web and mobile development frameworks (React, Flutter, etc.).
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
