We are looking for HTML Coordinator to take the lead of our projects, coordinate with clients and provide day-to-day oversight of the projects in accordance with defined target, strategies and goals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and provide timely & comprehensive written and oral updates to clients throughout the Projects and completion.
- Follow up and Schedule meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a rapport with the clients and maintain a positive relationship with open communication.
- Coordinate activities, resources and information
- Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes and schedule
- Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
- Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
- Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours and user activity
- Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Documenting website development processes and procedures.
- Preparing project progress updates for senior executives and performing website demonstrations.
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- 1-2 two years of experience managing and/or developing websites, web content, and other web assets;
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, other front-end technologies;
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), A|B testing and information architecture;
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to keep projects on track and team members updated on project progress;
- Ability to work cooperatively, creatively, and flexibly with an attention to detail;
- Understanding of the principles of good website design, user experience, and basic usability concepts;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; and
- Familiarity with CMS such as WordPress and PHP

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- HTML5: 1 year (preferred)
