Project Coordinator

We are hiring a smart and energetic project coordinator for our educational institution.

**Duties**:

- Coordinating day-to-day activities and programs
- Creating and reviewing reports for projects and maintaining documentation
- Preparing project proposals, timeframes, and schedules
- Define program requirements, scope, and objectives
- Communicating the project's progress to team members
- Construct detailed work plans, manage teams
- Manage paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions
- Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Running meetings, assigning tasks, and managing time
- Ensure all parts of assigned programs are processed, organised, and progressing according to predetermined timelines

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-management and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- kaloor, Kochi - 682017, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
