Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab | Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Initiate contact with potential customers, introduce them to our premium nutritional products, and effectively communicate the benefits.
- Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure they’re matched with the perfect product to suit their needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying opportunities and capitalizing on them.
- Forge long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return for continued support and future purchases.
- Maximize sales opportunities by offering additional relevant products to meet their health goals.
- Maintain organized customer data and sales pipeline through our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-ups and targeted outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 year in a sales or customer service role with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Fluency in Hindi & English: Excellent communication skills are a must
- CRM Familiarity: Comfortable working with CRM tools to track sales and customer interactions.
- Driven & Goal-Oriented: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always aiming for success.
- Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Your ability to think on your feet and close deals is key.
