**Responsibilities**:
As a **Telesales Executive**, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and introducing our exceptional products to potential clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Reach out to potential customers, introduce our premium nutraceutical products, and clearly communicate their benefits.
- **Sales Success**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and driving customer conversions.
- **Customer-Centric Service**: Address client questions and concerns, ensuring they are matched with the right products for their needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Proactively suggest relevant products to enhance the customer’s wellness journey.
- **CRM Management**: Organize and maintain customer data in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and targeted outreach.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Fluent Communication**: Excellent command of Hindi & English to engage effectively with customers.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Comfortable using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- **Goal-Oriented & Driven**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and always strive to hit sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving & Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to close deals and overcome client objections.
